
Our training has been designed and delivered for Europe's largest Local Authority, Local NHS Trusts, Universities, Schools, Colleges as well as small and medium sized businesses all over the UK.
We started out working with Social Care Staff, Carers, Senior Managers and Service Users providing bespoke training for Local Authorities and the NHS. We have front line experience of management of staff and HR.
We have also supported volunteers and job seekers in supporting development and training plans. Our clientele also includes charities and voluntary, community organisations.
Working with Staffordshire University we have supported new business start ups with a range of courses as well as working with students on how to market themselves and gain valuable employment.
Sedgwick Training's Director Jessica has worked for 10 years in the public sector and following being made redundant 2 years ago decided to branch out on her own. Jessica has a wealth of training experience in the Voluntary, Private and Public Sectors. Jessica also has a special interest in social media and getting new businesses to engage with customers though new and innovative ways. With a real passion for developing people and making them successful Jessica and Sedgwick Training aim to deliver vibrant and energetic training courses.
Jessica runs training courses across the UK working with staff and volunteers at all levels. Jessica is also a keen photographer, tweeter, and is secretary to the local and regional Federation of Small Business groups.
Sedgwick Training is located in the Midlands and we are able to deliver on site group and one to one training, design e-learning or virtual classroom sessions, we can also design modules of training for staff in the workplace to deliver.
